"Too Much Power" is the term I have in mind at the moment. It would be extrordinarilly bad for the United States, or any contry for that matter, if one political party controlled everything. When other countries do that, it is called a dictatorship. Right now, the Democrats control Congress. (They whined that the Republicans wouldn't let them do anything and now that they are in charge, they aren't doing anything at all. It seems that they just wanted to be in charge but nothing more.) If a Democrat is elected as President this time around, there would be no restraint, no safety net in place to prevent the Democrats from ruining this country and removing your freedoms as an American citizen in the process. Too much power in one place leads to corruption. It always does. There was a day when everybody knew that and would always vote for whatever party needed to be elected in order to keep things balanced. Our forefathers when founding this country knew that the structure of the country needed to be set up in a way to have all the powers distributed broadly to minimize this danger of having too much power all in one place. So whether you like him or not, you need to vote for McCain for President. Read more here.

This world is no more civilized today than it was a thousand years ago and the mass media is not helping in the slightest. If it isn't blatantly obvious to you that the evening news and the daily comedy news programs are deliberately trying to brainwash you with a Liberal agenda then you really need to wake up and pay attention. There is no war in Iraq. The "war" was over very quickly and what has been taking place for the last number of years is a tremendously positive nation building operation that is providing a lot of hope for the people of Iraq and their future while women beating, brainwashed religious extremists (that we call insurgents) try to prevent that from happening. If you laughed out loud just now, you need to watch the Military Chanel documentaries on the current job our military people are doing overseas non-stop for the next 30 days and nothing else.

NASCAR: Would someone from Nascar please contact me and explain to me why I don't see many of the drivers or race team members placing their hand over their heart during the singing of the national anthem? Do they have some sort of aversion to public displays of respect to their country? I am reminded of a page on this site that has been up and running for a long time. I also read recently that a lot of Do-It-Yourselfers aren't waiting for Detroit to make electric cars and they are buying kits to convert existing cars over to run on cheap electricity. I think the most popular (professionally made) electric car so far is the Tesla. For better gas mileage, I think my next vehicle will have two wheels instead of four. But I am torn between the Star Motorcycles, Raider and the Harley Davidson Fat Bob.

Oh yea... this guy emails me because he wants me to link him on this site. Well it turns out that the guy steals photos from other people's web sites and re-posts them on his own web site and then tries to make money from referrals to other web sites. And wouldn't you know it... one of the stolen photos just happens to be one of my copyrighted photos! So what do you think I told the guy? I told him to fuck off!

Well, it's starting already. If there was ever any doubt that the mass media is run with an agressive Liberal Democrat agenda, let that boubt be removed from your mind after seeing this artical. The Supreme Court of the United States rendered an opinion recently (DC vs Heller) stating (among other things) that individual citizens have the right to own and carry guns for their personal protection and the Liberals are absolutely pissed off. SO now, similar to a childish temper tantrum, the Associated Press is trying to portray guns in the most negative light possible in order to stir up some public outrage and sway public opinion by implying that owning a gun is going to make you want to kill yourself. What absolute, unadulterated hogwash!

At least 2 Million people each year use a firearm in self defense and the remaining vast majority of the over 80 million gun owners in America enjoy their firearms responsibly. Do these people look like they are depressed or do they look like they are enjoying life? If the Liberal Democrats don't like freedom, there are hundreds of other countries where they can go live. Gun control is really about people control.

GAS PRICES... I cut back on my driving when gas reached $1.50/Gallon and now it's $4.00/Gallon and now the government is just starting to wonder if consumers are going to start cutting back on driving, vacation travel and buying stuff. MESSAGE TO WASHINGTON... IT ALREADY HAPPENNED AND YOU MISSED IT! I can't speak for the rest of the world but Americans like buying stuff and as necessitity is the mother of invention, I think that fuel prices are getting getting Americans motivated enough to invent a way to stop using petrolium products for automotive fuel. Hydrogen, E-85 Ethanol Fuel or electricity. Whatever works, I think Americans will make it happen so that they can continue to buy neat stuff. I've been buying a lot of E85 fuel for my 2008 Flex Fuel Ford F-150.
